Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible cycling accessories. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cycling Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products (e.g., helmets, gloves, padded shorts)
- Custom-made items (e.g., personalized gear)
- Digital goods (e.g., downloadable content, apps)
- Perishable items (e.g., energy gels, snacks)
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or colors can be processed within the same 30-day return window. Please follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired item for exchange. If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
